Since we’re patting each other on the back, we can agree that the timeline

is very different in these cases. We know much more about the Trump documents than the Biden documents. We know that the archives have been trying to get the Trump documents for 2 years and that Trump did not return them voluntarily and that he continues to assert that they are his documents.

We don’t know these things about the Biden documents.

We should wait for the case to play out for final judgment, but that doesn’t mean we have to pretend that we don’t have more information in one case than the other
